Bought this little fellow (brand NOCH) and 5 other figures in a train shop at Bergen op Zoom. I stay in a hotel there for a few days. At home there are waiting a lot of Preiser HO figures which I ordered on the internet. According to T. they are wonderful.
So be prepared for more little people photos the next weeks.

I have taken pictures of these enormous cold stores before. Today I started again on a project in the south-west of Holland, approximately 290 km’s from my home. They are really huge and white and catch the sun beautifully. On the left you see a large container site. It was 17:30 and sunset.
I’m staying in hotels for the next couple of months and forgot my little people.

Two compositions with lines in two days. Well, my wife T. had surgery today in the Martini Hospital in the city of Groningen. I spend whole day in the hospital while T. was sleeping and I took some pictures of this new built hospital. It has very nice constructions and bright colours. When you are healthy it is a nice play to walk around.
I always have to look at this building. It’s the Stenden University at Emmen. I like the architecture of the building which can be seen best during the day. In the evening these blue light attracts your attention when you pass it. The inside looks almost industrial.
I waked up this morning, opened the curtains and saw the SUN rise. I went out immediately. For Blipfoto it is not smart to go to 3 locations on the same day and shoot pictures. It’s not that I don’t like to take a lot of photos. But choosing the best for Blipfoto is a crime, especially if you want to show a shot of all the locations.
It’s not the most beautiful shot I have chosen. I decided to show you some cultural stuff from the region I live here in Holland. Drenthe is famous because of her dolmens. There are still remains of 53 dolmens in this region. The one on my blip is a special one: a Long Grave at my home town Emmen. There’s only one of these in The Netherlands.
Next time I will visit one location a day
